Boral Limited is seeking a Quarry Supervisor to lead the Peppertree Quarry operations in New South Wales, Australia. You will champion safety, guide a diverse team of employees and contractors, and drive continuous improvements across production and maintenance to ensure safe, compliant and efficient asset operation.

The role demands a hands-on leader with a strong focus on zero-harm culture, stakeholder collaboration, and long-term planning to maximize asset value and site performance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a positive zero harm safety culture across both employees and contractors.
• Ability to lead across multiple stakeholders and build trust.
• Self-motivated, solutions-focused with root-cause analysis and long-term fixes.
• Own site performance and accountability for your team.
• Respect for diverse cultures, stakeholders, and experiences.
• Minimum of 5+ years of quarry/mining leadership.

Responsibilities

• Champion and enforce safety protocols to achieve outstanding performance outcomes.
• Lead, mentor staff and contractors through hands-on supervision and genuine care for your team.
• Deliver incremental improvements to deliver safe, compliant, reliable and optimized assets.
• Coordinate across 24/7 shifts to align production and maintenance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist in regulatory licensing, consent, and regulatory requirements.
• play a key role in short and long-term planning and asset optimization.
