Job summary

Altus Group is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor in Sydney to drive cost efficiency across construction projects. You will perform detailed cost analyses, cost plans, and feasibility studies, deliver trades take-offs, and manage risks related to changes on site.

The role involves site visits, valuations, cash flow preparation, and close collaboration with clients and internal teams. Ideal candidates will have accreditation in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, 2–5 years of QS

Qualifications

• Experience in cost analyses, cost plans and feasibility studies.
• Knowledge of trade/elemental take-off and measurement of quantities.
• Ability to manage risk with variations and changes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed cost analyses, estimates, cost plans and feasibility studies for construction projects.
• Completion of full trade and elemental take-off; measuring quantities for variations and managing risks.
• Undertake site visits and complete valuations of work on site; prepare cash flows.
• Manage client relations and establish client requirements; provide cost-effective construction advice.
• Undertake cost analysis and feasibility studies.
