Job summary

SRG Global is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our Utilities team in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. This opportunity is ideal for a recent QS graduate or early-career professional looking to build hands-on experience in a supportive project environment.

You will gain exposure to commercial and financial aspects through claims, reporting, invoicing, and KPI reporting while developing your skills with project teams and across cost control processes.

Qualifications

• A Quantity Surveying degree or relevant tertiary qualification.
• Graduate-level or junior experience within Quantity Surveying.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams.
• Proactive approach and genuine interest in developing commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation and management of project claims.

• Assisting with project invoicing and financial administration.

About the Role

SRG Global is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Utilities team in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.

This is a great opportunity for a recent Quantity Surveying graduate or someone early in their QS career who is looking to build their experience in a supportive project environment.

Working closely with the project team, you’ll gain practical exposure to the commercial and financial aspects of projects while developing your skills across project claims, reporting, invoicing and KPI reporting.
