Job summary

Resources Group in Sydney seeks a Quantitative Director to shape a growing quant team. You will lead with strategic thinking, steer client engagements, and drive the quantitative insights agenda across the agency.

You'll work closely with the Sydney MD, act as 2IC to the national Head of Quant, and focus on growing the team while maintaining hands-on quantitative research and consulting excellence.

The Role:

You'll lead the continued growth of an established quantitative insights team, including:

• Working closely with the Sydney MD to go to market on all things quant
• Acting as a 2IC to the national Head of Quant
• Forging strong relationships with clients
• Leading quantitative thinking and deliverables
• Managing and growing the Sydney quant team
• Contributing to strategic planning and new business growth
• Bringing commercial thinking to every client engagement
• Remaining hands-on with quantitative research and consulting.
