Job summary

Resources Group in Sydney seeks a Quantitative Director to shape a growing quant team. You will lead with strategic thinking, steer client engagements, and drive the quantitative insights agenda across the agency.

You'll work closely with the Sydney MD, act as 2IC to the national Head of Quant, and focus on growing the team while maintaining hands-on quantitative research and consulting excellence.

• Deep hands-on expertise in complex quantitative methodologies used for client consulting.
• Experience in a leadership role within a strategic insights agency.
• Broad experience across methodologies, sectors and business challenges.
• Passion for developing people and building capability.
• Commercial acumen, curiosity and ambition to shape the agency's future.

Responsibilities

• Lead the continued growth of the Sydney quantitative insights team.
• Act as 2IC to the national Head of Quant and shape market offerings.
• Forge strong client relationships and deliver quantitative thinking.
• Manage and grow the Sydney quant team and contribute to strategic planning.
