Job summary

Provectus Algae seeks a Quality Manager to own two certification systems and drive accreditation across laboratory and production operations. You will lead document control, CAPA, internal audits and supplier qualifications, reporting to the Managing Director in a hands-on role on site.

You will develop a robust quality culture on the production floor and in the laboratory, ensuring traceability, recall readiness and regulatory alignment while maintaining GMP discipline on site.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in quality management in regulated environments (food/feed/veterinary/pharma) or a testing lab.
• Owned a quality management system and drove improvements.
• Hosted third-party audits or accreditation assessments and closed findings.

Responsibilities

• Carry ISO/IEC 17025 application through NATA assessment to accreditation.
• Hold and mature FeedSafe certification and HACCP for stockfeed operations; prepare for annual audits.
• Bridge documented procedures with real-world practices; improve procedures to fit site operations.
