The role emphasizes clear communication, accountability and hands‑on problem solving, with opportunities for training and career development in a growing construction business.
Our client is a growing property and construction business delivering major projects across the region. With a strong focus on high standards, practical leadership and long-term development, the organisation is looking for an experienced Quality & Safety Officer to help ensure every project is delivered safely, responsibly and to specification.

You will bring:
A permanent, full-time opportunity with a growing construction business.

Supportive leaders who encourage open communication and practical problem-solving.
Structured training, regular performance conversations and genuine career development opportunities.
Access to wellbeing initiatives, including an employee assistance program and annual flu vaccinations.
Team events designed to build connection and community.
A work environment that values respect, integrity, teamwork and accountability.
If you are ready to make a practical impact across multiple projects and help build a stronger safety culture, we would like to hear from you.
