Heathcote Health is seeking a proactive Quality and Risk Manager to lead our Quality Program and support patient safety across the organisation.
You will work with the Executive Leadership Team to coordinate quality activities, manage risk processes, supervise the Quality Officer, and ensure regulatory compliance. This fixed term, part-time role offers flexible hours and a supportive rural health setting, with opportunities to influence continuous improvement.

Heathcote Health is inviting applications for an enthusiastic and experienced health professionalto fill the role of the Quality and Risk Manager for the organisation.
The primary purpose of the Quality and Risk Manager is to provide leadership and support for the Quality Program in conjunction with the Executive Leadership Team. Heathcote Health's quality and risk systems include accreditation, clinical indicators, clinical auditing, feedback management, policies and procedures, incident and hazard management, risk management legislative compliance, and continuous quality improvement.
The Quality and Risk Manager coordinates and oversees all quality-related activities in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services as well as overseeing all risk-related activities in collaboration with the Director of Corporate Business.
The Quality and Risk Manager is responsible for providing supervision and support to the Quality Officer.
The successful applicant must be able to work within a team environment with excellent communication skills along with knowledge of our IT systems.
