Job summary

Prudence Rehab is seeking an experienced Quality & Performance Manager to shape and oversee our NSW Quality Assurance and Performance framework across NSW. This role challenges you to turn data into practical improvements and elevate service quality across employees, contractors and service streams.

Reporting to the State Manager – NSW/ACT, you will drive sustainable change, identify risks, and partner with operational leaders to embed a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout

Job description

Prudence Rehab is seeking an experienced Quality & Performance Manager to shape and manage our Quality Assurance and Performance framework across NSW.

This is not a traditional compliance role. It is an opportunity to influence how quality is understood, measured and improved across our operations.

Reporting to the State Manager – NSW/ACT, you will provide independent oversight of service quality and performance across employees, contractors and service streams.

The impact you will make

You’ll play a key role in elevating quality, performance and service excellence. Partnering with operational leaders, you’ll use quality and performance intelligence to identify trends, manage risk, strengthen professional practice and drive sustainable improvement.

You’ll:

• Design and govern Prudence Rehab's NSW Quality Assurance Framework.

• Turn quality and performance data into clear, actionable insights.

• Identify trends, performance variation and emerging quality and compliance risks.

• Support and monitor corrective actions to ensure improvements are sustained.

• Partner with operational leaders to strengthen professional practice and performance.

• Influence leaders to embed a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

About You

You're an experienced Occupational rehabilitation professional with deep knowledge of the NSW workers compensation scheme and a strong background in quality assurance, practice governance, auditing or performance improvement

You know how to turn data and insight into practical action, influence stakeholders and drive measurable, sustainable change.

You're experienced in

• NSW workers compensation scheme, SIRA requirements and the Workplace Rehabilitation Provider Approval Framework

• Quality assurance, practice governance, auditing and/or performance improvement

• Occupational rehabilitation practice across Same Employer, New Employer and single-service assessments

• Experience across other schemes, including Comcare, CTP, WorkSafe Victoria, WorkCover WA and/or WorkCover Queensland, as well as contractor delivery models, will be highly regarded

• Experience working within ISO 9001 quality environments or Lead Auditor accreditation will also be highly regarded
