Job summary

Prudence Rehab in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a Team Leader/Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to guide a growing team of up to 8 consultants and balance leadership with selective billable work as needed.

You will mentor, coach and develop clinicians, foster strong employer and insurer relationships, and lead service quality improvements to achieve outstanding client outcomes in occupational rehab.

Qualifications

• Ideally 5+ years’ occupational rehabilitation experience.
• Strong experience across New Employer and Same Employer services.
• Leadership, coaching or mentoring skills.
• Strong knowledge of NSW workers compensation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
• A proactive approach to finding solutions.
• Registration with AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor consultants across psychological, physical, same and new employer services.
• Support consultants with return to work cases.
• Conduct quality reviews and provide performance support.
• Build strong employer, insurer and stakeholder relationships.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and team development.
• Drive consistency, service quality and positive client outcomes.
• Contribute to service improvements and team growth.

About You

You lead with empathy, communicate confidently and enjoy helping others grow. You’re either a Team Leader seeking a supportive, values driven culture or a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant ready to step into leadership.
