Job summary

Prudence Rehab is seeking a passionate Rehabilitation Consultant to deliver high-quality occupational rehabilitation services to employer and insurer partners, helping individuals return to work and rebuild confidence.

You will manage a caseload, conduct face-to-face and remote assessments, deliver wellness programs, attend case conferences, and work within a multidisciplinary team, with flexible hours and hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in occupational rehabilitation.
• Current registration with AHPRA / ESSA / ASORC.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Conduct face-to-face and remote assessments.
• Deliver wellness programs and pre-employment assessments.
• Attend case conferences and client meetings.
• Provide single services, assessments, and mental health programs.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team on joint cases.
• Contribute to injury prevention projects and job dictionary initiatives.
