• Three+ years of QA experience in food/beverage manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SQF or BRC.
• Understanding Australian food safety regulations and labelling.
• Experience with audits and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food safety and quality management systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead HACCP, GMP and QA programs across winery and bottling operations.
• Manage audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Monitor product quality, lab tests, calibration and production processes.
• Investigate quality issues and recalls; implement CAPAs.
• Oversee supplier quality and traceability.
• Collaborate with production and winemaking to resolve issues.
• Lead and train quality personnel and promote food safety culture.
