Job summary

Senza Wellness Foods in Melbourne seeks a capable Quality Manager to lead our QA function in a hands-on role.

You will manage customer complaints, drive corrective actions, conduct GMP audits, and maintain SQF, CFMSR, WSE, and ALDI standards while supporting product development with a quality lens. Own transport required as we are based in Broadmeadows.

Applicants must hold full working rights in Australia and be prepared to own the department and drive lasting improvements.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Food Science or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of food processing technology and HACCP principles.
• Hands-on experience with food safety standards — SQF, BRC, CFMSR, HACCP, WQA, ALDI, or similar
• Experience managing high care or high risk food environments is highly regarded
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work across teams and with auditors
• Competent with computer systems and documentation
• Own transport required — we're based in Broadmeadows

Senza Wellness Foods is a well-established leader in gluten free food manufacturing, and we're looking for a capable Quality Manager to step into a key role created by an internal promotion.

This is a hands-on position at the centre of our quality function.

You'll work closely with the QA team to uphold and improve the standards that keep our products, customers, and certifications in good shape.
