Nu-Pure Beverages in Horsley Park, NSW, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead Quality and Food Safety across a high-volume beverage manufacturing operation. You will collaborate with Production, Maintenance and the Site Leadership Team, driving continuous improvement and building quality capability at site level.
The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical knowledge, and a proven ability to influence across functions while maintaining HACCP/GMP standards and a culture of
Own quality at our flagship Horsley Park manufacturing site and help take an established quality function to the next level.
As we continue to grow, we have an opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to join our team at Horsley Park.
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager and working as part of the Site Leadership Team, you'll lead Quality and Food Safety across our three-line, 24/7 beverage manufacturing operation.
You'll have the autonomy to lead quality at site level, supported by a Quality Assurance Technician and the expertise of our National Quality team.
The foundations are there. We're looking for someone who can build on them, strengthen capability across the site, and continue developing a culture where everyone understands and owns Quality and Food Safety.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll be visible across the operation, working closely with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse and the broader site leadership team.
You'll be responsible for:
You're an experienced Quality Manager who understands the pace and complexity of beverage or high-volume FMCG manufacturing.
You'll bring strong technical knowledge, but we're equally interested in how you lead. You're someone who gets out into the operation, builds relationships, works alongside people to solve problems and is comfortable constructively challenging when something isn't right.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Most importantly, you'll believe that great quality outcomes aren't achieved by the Quality team alone. You'll help build an environment where people understand the standards, why they matter and the role they play in delivering them.
This is an opportunity to take on a genuine site leadership role at our flagship manufacturing site. You'll have the autonomy to lead locally, the backing of an experienced National Quality team, and the opportunity to make a visible impact on quality capability, culture and performance.
If you're an experienced Quality Manager who combines technical capability with practical leadership and enjoys being close to the operation, we'd love to hear from you.
