Job summary

Nu-Pure Beverages in Horsley Park, NSW, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead Quality and Food Safety across a high-volume beverage manufacturing operation. You will collaborate with Production, Maintenance and the Site Leadership Team, driving continuous improvement and building quality capability at site level.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quality Manager within beverage manufacturing or closely related FMCG environment.
• Quality and/or Food Safety qualification.
• HACCP and Internal Auditor certification.
• Strong experience with Quality Management Systems and GFSI-recognised standards.
• Experience leading audits, investigations and corrective actions.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading and continuously improving the site's Quality Management System.
• Providing leadership across all site Quality and Food Safety matters.
• Leading and developing the site's Quality Assurance Technician.
• Championing HACCP and GMP standards and strengthening quality capability across the operation.
• Leading audits, quality investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitoring quality performance, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Working with the Plant Manager, Site Leadership Team and National Quality team to drive continuous improvement.
