Job summary

Kinexus in Melbourne seeks a Senior Quality & WHS leader to own the Quality and WHS framework across Aviation, Electronics and Transmissions. You will build the standards from the ground up, maintain Part 145 certification, and collaborate with global counterparts to align standards.

You will lead a small specialist team, run audits, manage certification documents, and report findings to senior leadership. Australian citizenship is essential; security clearance preferred or eligible to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Aeronautics or Quality.
• Background in aviation Quality & WHS management.
• Working knowledge of Part 145 / CASA regs.
• Comfortable leading a small team.
• Active Australian security clearance preferred; citizenship is essential.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll own Quality and WHS across Aviation, Electronics and Transmissions operations. You'll build the Quality framework from the ground up, maintain Part 145 certification, lead audits, and grow a small specialist team - all while working closely with global counterparts on standards alignment.

• The preferred candidate will hold an active Australian security clearance, however, candidates who are eligible to apply for a clearance will also be considered (Australian Citizenship is essential)
