You will collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into system specifications, participate in system design, and develop solutions that meet agreed-upon requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software development processes.
• Ability to document systems and provide desk procedures for end users.
• Good communication with users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work with Business Analysts to understand and document requirements and system needs.
• Participate in system design and ongoing maintenance; produce documentation.
• Develop software solutions that meet specifications and improve systems.
• Develop, code and test technology applications to meet agreed specs; enhance and fix as needed.
• Ensure work follows required standards, methods and procedures.
• Create development and support documentation and provide user guidance.
• Contribute to post-implementation reviews to assess testing effectiveness.
• Support post-implementation changes and process improvements.
