Job summary

Enerven Energy Infrastructure Pty seeks a Quality Coordinator on a 12-month basis to drive ISO 9001 QMS development and maintenance for major energy infrastructure projects. You’ll lead QA planning, manage document controls, and collaborate with internal teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure compliance.

You will build QA dashboards with Power BI and Office 365 to deliver real-time insights aiding project decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience implementing/manging ISO 9001 systems in construction/maintenance.
• Auditor qualifications and QMS audit experience.
• Experience with QA documentation and project delivery records.

Responsibilities

• Drive ISO 9001 QMS development, implementation and maintenance across operations.
• Create and communicate project Quality Management Plans with project managers.
• Oversee document control systems (Aconex, InEight) including ITPs and drawings.
• Develop, review and improve QA docs like ITPs, checklists, models and reports.
• Conduct audits, resolve non-conformances, support continuous improvement.
• Support dashboards via Power BI and Office 365 for real-time insights.
