Job summary

Exodas Pty Ltd is seeking a Compliance and Quality Assurance Officer to join our transport and logistics team on a permanent full-time basis. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with responsibilities spanning regulatory compliance, HACCP documentation, fire safety, and transport safety systems.

The ideal candidate will maintain accreditation documentation, perform audits, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating across departments to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• HACCP training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the business in all areas of compliance.
• Maintain documentation to ensure accreditation standards for WAHVA, NHVAS and HACCP.
• Oversee Fire Safety management responsibilities.
• Manage transport safety systems and processes.
• Conduct internal and external audits to drive continuous improvement and compliance.
