Job summary

PEER is seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to join our Quality & Compliance department in Adelaide. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement across the RTO and GTO.

You will drive audits, governance and training, engaging stakeholders at all levels to foster a culture of accountability and high performance while ensuring regulatory alignment and strong risk management.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in governance, risk management, quality, business or related discipline.
• At least 5 years in a quality and compliance role or similar.
• Experience leading quality assurance, compliance, audits and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality and Compliance across the organisation’s QMS and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits; maintain audit readiness and manage corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk management across the organisation.
• Provide governance and reporting on quality, compliance and risk to executives and the Board.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and capability development; train on quality and compliance requirements.
