Job summary

CPB Contractors is seeking an experienced Quality & Completions Manager for a major transport infrastructure project on the Sunshine Coast. You will lead the development of quality and completions strategies, ensuring all deliverables are verified and handed over to the client in line with contract requirements.

With a minimum of five years in construction quality management on large projects, you will drive audits, inspections and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction quality management on major projects.
• Experience as Lead Auditor of Quality Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and SHEQ principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of quality and completions plans across the project lifecycle.
• Oversee QA/QC activities across all stages of construction, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Manage inspections, ITPs, verification records, quality documentation and client handover.
• Coordinate audits, non-conformance investigations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction and commissioning teams to achieve milestones.
