Job summary

Rondo is looking for a proactive QA Technician to join our Safety, Quality & Sustainability team at the Sydney manufacturing facility. In this hands-on role, you will support product quality, testing and quality systems, working closely with production to ensure our products meet customer, regulatory and company standards.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years in QA/QC or manufacturing, knowledge of ISO 9001, and the ability to read specifications and engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience investigating quality issues and customer complaints.
• Ability to interpret specifications, technical documentation or engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Quality Inspection & Testing: Conduct product inspections against established quality standards and specifications.
• Quality Systems & Documentation: Maintain quality records, documentation and production data; support audits and continuous improvement of the QMS.
• Customer Complaints & Continuous Improvement: Investigate quality issues, non-conformances and customer complaints; support corrective actions and root cause analysis.
• Equipment & Compliance: Coordinate calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment; support ISO 9001 compliance and product standards.

We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused QA Technician to join our Safety, Quality & Sustainability team at our manufacturing facility.

In this hands-on role, you'll support product quality, testing and quality systems, working closely with production teams to ensure our products consistently meet customer, regulatory and company standards.

This is a great opportunity for someone with QA, QC or manufacturing experience who enjoys problem solving, continuous improvement and working collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Inspection & Testing

• Conduct product inspections against established quality standards and specifications
• Complete technical testing and quality verification activities

Quality Systems & Documentation

• Maintain quality records, documentation and production data
• Support quality audits and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System

Customer Complaints & Continuous Improvement

• Investigate quality issues, non-conformances and customer complaints
• Support corrective actions, root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives

Equipment & Compliance

• Coordinate calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment
• Support compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and applicable product standards
