Design & Build Recruitment – Wetherill Park NSW seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the site QA team in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing operation in Western Sydney. You will own the site Quality Management System and drive food safety standards across production.

You are an experienced QA leader with strong knowledge of GMP, audits, and customer standards. The role offers a competitive salary (AU$140k–$160k) with strong leadership support and opportunities to influence site

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a QA leadership role within manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of food safety and quality systems.
• Experience managing audits and customer standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to continuous improvement.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Food Science or a related discipline highly regarded.
