Job summary

BE Campbell, a family‑owned Australian meat processor with 600+ staff across Western Sydney, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to own site QA, lead a technical team and embed quality on the factory floor.

You’ll drive continuous improvement, develop people, coach teams, lead external audits and strengthen our Quality Management System to protect our brand and customers. Attractive salary package, meat sale prices and growth opportunities are on offer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QA leadership role within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or equivalent.
• Experience with GFSI standards and quality system tools.
• Experience leading external audits (retail, third‑party, import/export).
• Passionate about quality and food safety with strong leadership presence.
• Balance technical capability with practical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing QA team on site.
• Embed QA into daily manufacturing routines.
• Drive continuous improvement through data and lean thinking.
• Own site QA and drive strong food safety culture.
• Lead external audits and audit readiness.
• Partner with Operations to integrate QA into processes.
