Job summary

The Insurance Commission of Western Australia is seeking a permanent Quality Assurance Manager to join our IT Business Partnering function. You will lead quality assurance, testing strategy, and release readiness, partnering with business stakeholders, delivery teams and technology leaders to ensure reliable and compliant technology solutions.

You will shape modern QA practices, promote test automation, governance, and risk management, and build high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading testing, QA or quality engineering in a medium to large organisation.
• Ability to develop and implement testing strategies, quality frameworks and assurance practices.
• Proven track record building high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing, QA and quality engineering functions across the technology portfolio.
