You will liaise with departments to address quality issues, manage consumer complaints, maintain documentation to regulatory standards, and review product labelling to meet Australian labels. The role requires strong HACCP/SQF knowledge, excellent organization, and the ability to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Liaise with departments to address quality issues in a timely manner.
• Manage consumer complaints including investigations and solutions.
• Gather and maintain the documentation system to meet regulatory government requirements.
• Review and manage all product food labelling to ensure that it meets Australian labelling standards.
• Liaise with production team, manufacturers, warehouse and suppliers on product labelling compliance.
