Skilled Jobs Australia in Adelaide, SA, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to guide the QA team and packing operations. You will strengthen product quality, drive system efficiencies, and ensure ongoing HACCP-based compliance across the quality management system.

Responsibilities include planning and directing quality processes, supporting audits, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to protect customer satisfaction and organisational performance.

• Conduct routine inspections, verification, and testing as required by the FSQ system.
• Support internal and external audits and provide robust corrective actions to close non-conformances.
• Collate quality testing results and ensure root cause analysis, corrective actions and preventative measures are implemented.
• Identify and address food safety and quality issues in a timely manner.
• Supervise the quality control team, coaching and development.
• Assist in developing objectives, strategies, and plans for customer satisfaction and efficient resource use.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to monitor quality and timeliness.
• Assist in implementing statistical methods and quality tools to monitor and control quality.
• Provide input into reports on the effectiveness of the management system and deliver training on quality programs.
