Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality management systems in compliance with ISO standards and other relevant certifications.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action for quality issues.
• Monitor and analyse production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Oversee the development and execution of inspection and testing protocols for raw materials, in-process products, and finished lens.
• Create and update inspection plans, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records of quality activities, including audits, inspections and test results.
• Prepare and present quality metrics and reports to management.

Join our dedicated Quality Team in Silverwater as a full-time Manufacturing Quality Assurance Coordinator! In this vital role you will be at the forefront of ensuring our products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role focuses on problem-solving, continuous improvement, and adherence to quality systems to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality management systems in compliance with ISO standards and other relevant certifications

About You

• Degree qualified, in either a manufacturing or engineering discipline
• Experience in quality engineering or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in quality management systems, statistical analysis tools, and quality assurance methodologies
• Medical device industry knowledge is highly desirable
• Attention to detail is critical for conducting thorough quality inspections and ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence
