Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Silverwater is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Coordinator to oversee quality systems, problem solve, and drive continuous improvement in production. You will ensure regulatory compliance and support manufacturing efficiency with strong data analysis.

The role requires a degree in manufacturing or engineering, quality engineering experience, and proficiency in QA methodologies; medical device knowledge is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Degree in manufacturing or engineering required or equivalent.
• Experience in quality engineering in manufacturing setting preferred.
• Proficiency with quality management systems, statistical tools and QA methodologies beneficial.
• Medical device knowledge is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO standards and other certifications.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Monitor production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee inspection and testing protocols for raw materials, in-process products and finished lenses.
• Create and update inspection plans, SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintain records of audits, inspections and test results.
• Prepare and present quality metrics and reports to management.

Your Responsibilities
