Job summary

Qube is seeking a Qualified Train Driver to operate locomotives safely and efficiently at Bowmans, SA. The role focuses on adherence to safety systems, regulatory rules, and company procedures, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and training others.

The successful candidate will hold TLI42615 Certificate IV in Train Driving, an AQF qualification in train operations, and be capable of clear communication. This on-site position supports the company’s rail operations across Australia’s South

Responsibilities

• Fulfil train operations requirements in a timely, safe, efficient and punctual manner.
• Participate in training, briefing sessions and toolbox talks.
• Demonstrate and promote a positive safety culture across the organisation.
• Mentor and encourage training for trainee train drivers.
• Conduct shunting and train inspections following procedures and work instructions.
• Promote QLRS in forums to raise the organisation's profile.
