Job summary

Pestpac is a locally owned, family-run business with over three generations of experience helping people solve pest problems. We pride ourselves on reliable service with a friendly, down-to-earth approach and offer a full-time position (40 hours per week).

We’re looking for a Qualified Pest Control Technician who can work independently within a supportive team. A current Australian driver’s licence and a Certificate III in Urban Pest Management (PMT/TP licence preferred for NSW or Victoria) are

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and dependable.
• Strong communication skills and a team-friendly attitude.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Practical problem-solver with attention to detail.
• Current Australian driver’s licence.
• Certificate III in Urban Pest Management (NSW or Victoria licence PMT/TP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on pest control tasks with a strong emphasis on safety.
• Apply pest control treatments and assess infestation areas.
• Maintain equipment and provide reliable, quality workmanship.
• Communicate with clients clearly and work within a team.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), with additional hours occasionally required during peak periods to support increased business demand.
