Job summary

Younger Pest Management in Newcastle, NSW, is seeking an experienced Pest Control Technician to join our locally owned team. You will inspect, treat, and prevent pests for residential and commercial clients, diagnosing activity and tailoring solutions while maintaining accurate service records.

• NSW Pest Management Technician License is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history for operating company vehicles.
• Working with Children Check is held or able to obtain.
• National Police Clearance is held or able to obtain.
• Termite experience is preferred.

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Pest Control Technician to join our team.

About the Role

• Perform inspections, treatments, and pest prevention services for residential and commercial clients.
• Diagnose pest activity and recommend/implement tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate service and safety records.
• Work independently with the support of a small, friendly team.
• Deliver excellent customer service, every time.

What We’re Looking For

• NSW Pest Management Technician License, (Termite Experience preferred). Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving history suitable for operating company vehicles.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first attitude
• Reliable, honest, and ready to learn
• Holds a valid Working with Children Check and current National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain.
