Job summary

Trade Plus Recruitment is seeking experienced painters for upcoming商业 projects in Melbourne, with work towards the end of the year and into 2027. The role involves a variety of commercial fit-outs, refurbishments and ongoing maintenance across interior and exterior painting, surface prep and finishing tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience painting on commercial fit-outs, refurbishments or maintenance projects.
• Strong understanding of safe work practices.
• Current driver's licence or ability to obtain.

Job description

We're currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced painters looking for work toward the end of the year and into 2027. Work starting around October/November.

The majority of our work is commercial fit-outs, refurbishments and maintenance, offering a variety of projects and plenty of opportunity for ongoing work.

About the Role

You'll be working across a range of commercial projects, including:

• Commercial fit-outs and refurbishments
• Interior and exterior painting
• Preparation, patching and surface prep
• Wall and ceiling finishes
• Repairs and maintenance
• Defects and make-good works
• General painting and finishing tasks

About You

We're looking for painters who:

• Take pride in their workmanship
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Are reliable, punctual and professional
• Have a strong understanding of safe work practices
• Have obtained or are able to obtain a Working With Children's Check
• Have a current driver's licence
