Job summary

The Y NSW is seeking a Qualified OSHC Educator to create safe, engaging and inclusive experiences for school-aged children, supporting their wellbeing, confidence, learning and sense of belonging. This role aligns with a Level 3/4 Educator capability profile and involves planning, influencing and contributing to continuous improvement.

You will work with the service director to foster inclusive practice, strong family partnerships and ongoing team capability development while supporting quality

Qualifications

• Approved Working with Children Check.
• Qualification in Children's Services, Education, OSHC or related field (or working towards).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Understanding of child-safe practice and active supervision.
• Availability to work before school, after school and school holiday programs.

What You'll Be Doing
