Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Cert III or IV in commercial cookery (Cert III/IV).
• Ability to excel in a high-volume, high-pressure environment.
• Proactive, energetic and passionate about hospitality.
• Effective communication with an approachable manner.
