Job summary

Romaac Construction is seeking two highly skilled and experienced lead carpenters to join our Melbourne team. You will oversee carpentry projects on site, lead a crew, and ensure work is completed to the highest standards.

You will drive planning, coordination and quality control, mentor junior carpenters, read blueprints, and communicate clearly with clients and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Proven residential carpentry experience; commercial experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and delegation skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Hands-on attitude with commitment to delivering top-quality results.
