Job summary

Ritchies Supa IGA is seeking a qualified butcher to lead the meat room operations in a busy regional store. You will handle tasks from cutting to merchandising, while maintaining high OH&S and Food Safety standards.

Experience with bandsaws and mincers is essential. Weekend work is required and you will work with a supportive team, including the Store Manager and Supervisor, to drive sales and quality.

Qualifications

• Fresh food retail knowledge with a customer focused approach.
• A good understanding of working within a team environment.
• Must be a Qualified Butcher with experience using meat room equipment including bandsaw and mincer.
