Job summary

C&K is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to manage the Qualification Pathways Program (QPP) in Queensland. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and business partners to meet program guidelines, coordinate governance, and drive process improvements.

This position will coordinate, implement and evaluate a range of qualification-funded programs and initiatives in collaboration with the Qualification Pathway Program (QPP) team and C&K business partners to meet program guidelines and service agreements.

Leadership:

• Apply effective communication and leadership strategies, working collaboratively with QPP stakeholders, including C&K Business partners to meet accountabilities.
• Demonstrate a high standard of ethical and professional practice and behaviour that is in line with C&K’s vision and values.
• Co-ordinate, guide, and support regional teams and educators in the delivery of the program, ensuring organisational and individual goals are achieved.
• Act and inform C&K management early of risks identified as part of the QPP implementation.

Program Coordination:

• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the Qualification Pathways Program.
• Provide customer support to all educators participating in the QPP program by managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence, responding to any queries, or directing them to the appropriate person.
• Establishes strong governance over funded qualification programs to meet the requirements of Service Agreements.
• Designs, implements and continuously improves processes to deliver funded qualification programs.
• Works in collaboration with the C&K Advocacy and Communication team to communicate and promote the QPP across a range of platforms and mediums with internal and external Stakeholders
• Effectively communicates with scholars (students), stakeholders, and C&K Business Partners about the QPP program.
• Provides ongoing support to QPP stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and monitoring throughout the program.
• Engages and leads regular QPP meetings and events with QPP stakeholders.
• Coordinates communities of practice for scholars and involves subject matter experts as appropriate.
• Supports Kindy Advisors and Early Childhood Teams to provide effective strategies and support to scholars, that enables them to meet their study requirements and complete their qualification.
• Manages, monitors, and maintains the QPP data, ensuring it is up to date and meets the requirements under the program agreement.
• Coordinates data and writes Government and internal reports to a high standard within expected timeframes.
• Investigate and troubleshoot system issues or incidents and underlying problems and continuously improve the program’s functioning.
• Provides mentoring and coaching support via online meetings and/or training.
• Works in partnership with C&K business partners to consolidate data for QPP reporting requirements.
• Collects, manages, and records data of the QPP scholars.
• Oversees all incoming and outgoing project information and responds and reports as required.
• Completes regular system audits to ensure tasks are being completed as required and the system is processing as expected.
• Coordinates stakeholder meetings and distributes meeting minutes.

Qualifications

• Essential – Business or administration qualification/ and or certifications.
• Desirable – Education or adult learning qualification or certification (e.g., Certificate IV in Training & Assessment)

Experience

• Highly desirable is administration experience in an education setting.
• Demonstrated capability to facilitate collaborative partnerships.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, implementing, coordinating and administrating projects/programs.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate cross department/ team collaboration to meet the QPP program key deliverables.
• Highly proficient computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, project management and workflow software
• Skills, capability, and experience in analyzing information, trends and data, and reporting.
• Demonstrated high-level oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated high-level organisation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work both collaboratively in a team, and independently when required.
