Job summary

Australian Relief Management in Trinity Beach, Cairns is seeking an experienced Motel/Caravan Park Manager to oversee daily operations and guest services.

You will lead a hands-on team, manage budgeting and marketing efforts to increase occupancy, and ensure exceptional customer service with a strong safety culture.

The role requires leadership, organisational skills, and a proven track record in hospitality management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Motel or Caravan Park Management is essential.
• Experience working with corporate clients and leisure travel agents.
• Sales & Marketing/Social Media ability.
• Strong leadership and hands-on management with a positive attitude.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including Guest Services, housekeeping, maintenance and administration.
• Ensure executional guest experience by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and service.
• Efficiently managing all front office systems and procedures
• Supervise and roster staff to ensure excellent service delivery and optimum guest satisfaction.
• Monitor the motel's budget, wages and expenses and revenue to reach financial targets
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy
• Ensure the safety and security of guest and staff
• Maintain onsite pool

Must Haves’:
