ISS Integrated Serv P/L is seeking reliable Casual Utility Allrounders to support mine sites across the Bowen Basin, Emerald and surrounds. Roles are casual and multi-site with a roster, ideal for those who thrive on variety and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will perform housekeeping, kitchen hand duties, dining room service, mine site cleaning, and tavern operations, while helping maintain a safe, clean and welcoming village environment in collaboration with

Qualificações

• Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
• Police check within 12 months or willing to obtain one.
• Queensland Coal Board Medical including Functional Assessment and Drug & Alcohol clearance.
• Standard 11 surface mining induction or willing to obtain.
• Safe Food Handling Certificate required.
• Driver's License / Photo ID required.
• Reliable transportation to site.
• First Aid Certificate desired.
• RSA Certificate desired.
• Forklift License desired.
• Demonstrate proactive, solutions-focused communication and customer service.

We’re on the hunt for reliable Casual Utility Allrounders to support multiple mine sites across the Bowen Basin (Emerald & surrounds). Working on a casual, multi-site roster, this role is perfect for those who thrive on variety and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:

• Perform a variety of tasks, including housekeeping, kitchen hand duties, dining room service, mine site cleaning and tavern operations.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for village residents. Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet service standards and exceed customer expectations.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency in all areas of responsibility.

To be considered:

• Previous experience in a remote setting or the hospitality industry (preferred).
• Unrestricted work rights in Australia
• Must have a valid police check issued within the last 12 months or be willing to obtain one.
• Must pass a Queensland Coal Board Medical Including Functional Assessment and Drug and Alcohol clearance
• Standard 11 surface mining induction or willing to obtain.
• Safe Food Handling Certificate will be required
• Driver's License/ Photo ID required
• Must have reliable means of transportation to and from site
• First Aide Certificate (desired).
