Job summary

ISS is hiring Minesite Cleaning Supervisors to coordinate day-to-day cleaning services on a fulltime 14/7 roster or 7/7, FIFO from Brisbane or DIDO surrounding regions to Mackay, Emerald and nearby areas.

Working with the Village Manager, you will manage the department budget, service standards and site staff, while ensuring safety and customer focus. The role includes recruitment support and training oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2yrs proven management/supervisor experience.
• Polished presentation and communication abilities.
• Proven leadership skills and a strong decision-making capability.
• Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
• Must pass a Pre-employment Medical Test, Functional Assessment and Drug and Alcohol Screen.
• Holds S11 high desirable; CBM - highly desirable.
• Driver's License/ Photo ID required.
• Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Human Resources team in the recruitment and selection of team members.
• Ensure effectiveness of training, performance evaluations and counselling of staff for the department.
• Ensure a strong interface with Front Office and other managers as required.
• Provide leadership, support and coordinate site staff in maintaining a customer focused and safe working environment.

We are hiring Minesite Cleaning Supervisors for FIFO from Brisbane or DIDO surrounding regions from Brisbane Mackay, Emerald and the surrounding regions on a fulltime 14/7 roster or 7/7

Working closely with the Village Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day Minesite Cleaning services -while proudly upholding ISS's reputation for excellence.

• Competitive Annual Wage - $75,000 - $90,000 plus super - depending on your roster.

• Holds S11 high desirable
