Job summary

ForHealth Group's Primary Dental is seeking an experienced Dental State Manager to lead operations across Queensland. You will report to the Director of Dental and drive operational excellence, financial performance, clinical governance, and team engagement across multiple centres.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a passionate people leader in a fast-paced healthcare environment, focused on patient experience, growth, and collaboration with Dentists, Coordinators and support staff.

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in the dental industry.
• Proven track record in multi-site leadership.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Dental Managers, Coordinators and centre teams
• Drive operational performance and continuous improvement across Queensland
• Achieve state financial targets including growth and cost management
• Monitor chair utilisation, patient numbers, recalls and booking rates
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance and accreditation standards
• Implement state strategies aligned to growth plans
• Foster high-performance culture and employee engagement
• Partner with People & Culture, Finance and Operations teams
