ISS is offering opportunities for First Nations candidates to join our team as Drive-In-Drive-Out utilities across remote Queensland Mine Villages. We provide training and ongoing support to help you build a career in mining and resources.

We welcome applicants at all experience levels for both Full-Time and Casual roles, with flexible rosters, meals and accommodation provided while on site, and wellbeing programs to support staff.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A valid Australian Driver's License (support can be discussed if you are working toward this).
• Full working rights in Australia.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is helpful for some roles — if you don’t have it yet, we can guide you on how to get it.
• Experience in fast paced hospitality or cleaning environments is great — but we also welcome those new to these areas.
• Ability to work an ad-hoc roster from Mount Isa and Surrounding Areas
• Police Clearance (within 12 months).
• We understand some people may have past history and we are open to respectful, case-by-case discussions. Don’t let this stop you from applying.
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical, fitness assessment and drug and alcohol test.
