Job summary

ADM seeks a Quality and Food Safety Complex Manager in Windsor, Ontario to oversee site FSQ performance and compliance. You will develop training programs, improve the Food Safety Management System, and support plant personnel and contractors.

Reporting to the Area Facility Manager, you will lead the FSQ team, coordinate audits, and drive continuous improvement across quality, lab, maintenance, and production functions. Strong leadership and regulatory focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry or related field or 3 years’ prior Quality Control / Assurance experience.
• Laboratory experience or knowledge of laboratory procedures.
• Focus on food safety and customer needs in all aspects of work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and improves Food Safety/Quality programs across the complex.
• Ensures compliance with GMP, sanitation and pest control programs.
• Leads FSQ training, audits and supplier/ customer communications.
• Manages data in FSQ databases and supports plant decision making.
