Job summary

ADM Europoort is seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead quality activities across two production facilities. You will implement and maintain ADM quality policies in line with GFSI standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in a busy industrial environment.

You will report to the SHEQ Manager and collaborate with the EU Quality Manager Oilseeds, while developing training programs to raise quality awareness across teams.

Qualifications

• A relevant HBO-level qualification (e.g., Levensmiddelentechnologie, Chemische Technologie).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within the food and/or animal feed industry.
• Current knowledge of Dutch laws and regulations on quality and food/feed safety.
• Strong command of Dutch and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for QA activities for two of four plants at the site.
• Implement, manage and improve ADM quality policy per GFSI standards (FSSC 22000, EFISC, GTP, Kosher, Halal).
• Keep plant compliance up to date under your responsibility.
• Initiate and lead continuous improvements of the quality management system.
• Conduct incident investigations and risk assessments (including HACCP).
• Collaborate with SHEQ team on quality handbook and Performance Excellence.
• Develop and deliver trainings to embed quality awareness.
