Job summary

Reo Group Inc. is seeking a hands‑on Communications Officer to drive communications across programs, engage industry partners and support government and consumer campaigns.

You will manage content across digital channels and collaborate with management, project teams and external partners to deliver high‑quality collateral. You will work with a Communications Coordinator, contribute to media monitoring, and help with brand management and events.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering communications across multiple platforms and audiences.
• Experience with website content management systems (WordPress) and digital measurement tools (Google Analytics).
• Able to manage social media channels and create engaging collateral.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver communications across programs and initiatives.
• Support growth of digital media channels (social, website, eDMs).
• Foster relationships with members, partners and stakeholders.
• Assist senior leads with media enquiries and responses.
• Create high‑quality communications collateral (reports, promos, case studies, video).
• Support national and international awareness initiatives and events.
• Assist with planning tools and brand management.
• Monitor branding and imagery across materials.
• Contribute to budgets and resources planning.
