IMPACT Community Services Limited in Bundaberg is seeking a full-time Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support the Marcomms team with workflow, administration and project coordination. You will manage requests through a ticketing system, help prepare content, ensure brand compliance and support digital channels.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
• Strong organisational, time management and workflow coordination skills.
• Proficient digital and administrative skills with MS Office and CMS platforms.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage marketing and communications requests through the ticketing system, with records and deadlines maintained.
• Assist in preparation and QA of communication materials, drafting content and reviewing brand compliance.
• Facilitate project delivery by managing supplier information, quotes, approvals and follow-ups.
• Provide digital and administrative support across websites, email, social media, reporting, and online platforms.
• Support leadership with record management, reporting, summaries and meetings notes.
• Coordinate grants, submissions, reporting, acquittals and events with timelines and approvals.
• Foster positive relationships while maintaining confidentiality and quality outcomes.
