Job summary

Reo Group Inc is seeking a hands‑on Communications Officer to drive communications across programs and partnerships. You will manage content for digital channels, collaborate with management and external partners, and support media activities with a focus on impact and accessibility.

You will oversee content across WordPress, social channels, and events, while coordinating with teams to deliver high‑quality materials. A not‑for‑profit or research background is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering communications across multiple programs, projects and audiences.
• Experience with website content management systems such as WordPress and digital measurement tools such as Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, InDesign, Photoshop) and email/event platforms (MailChimp, EventBrite, HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver communications activities across programs, projects and initiatives with internal teams and external partners.
• Grow and manage digital media channels; plan, create and report content across social media, website and eDMs.
• Support stakeholder engagement and media opportunities; draft media materials and coordinate campaigns.
• Maintain high‑quality collateral including reports, promos, case studies and video content.
• Support national and international awareness initiatives and events; assist with planning and budgeting.
