Job summary

CHRG is seeking an experienced Purchasing & Cellar Manager to lead beverage purchasing, cellar operations, inventory control, and POS management across our group of hospitality venues. This pivotal leadership role drives stock accuracy, cost control, supplier performance and overall operational excellence.

You will collaborate with venue leaders to ensure consistency, compliance and profitability across all venues, while leveraging strong data analysis to optimize performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in purchasing, inventory management, or cellar operations within a hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and supplier management skills.
• Advanced POS system knowledge (BePoz experience highly regarded).
• Excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 skills.
• RSA & RCG certifications (Forklift Licence, Food Safety Supervisor and First Aid qualifications highly regarded).

CHRG is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Purchasing & Cellar Manager to lead beverage purchasing, cellar operations, inventory control, and POS management across our group of hospitality venues. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving stock accuracy, cost control, supplier performance, and operational excellence across the business.

About the role:

• Lead and develop the Cellar Team.
• Manage beverage purchasing and supplier relationships across the group.
• Oversee stock control, inventory management, and cellar operations.
• Maintain product data, pricing and integrity within the POS system.
• Analyse performance, monitor costs, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Partner with venue leaders and key stakeholders to ensure consistency and compliance across all venues.
