Job summary

The Brown Jug Hotel, part of the ALH Hotels network, seeks a hands-on Publican (Venue Manager) to lead operations in Fairfield Heights, west of Sydney. You will nurture a strong local following, manage a high-performing team and drive the P&L with safety and compliance at the core.

Salary is from AUD 110k plus superannuation and bonus, with benefits across the Endeavour Group. This role requires RSA, competency and licensee qualifications and involves on-site work with occasional heavy lifting.

We're on the hunt for a REAL Publican, someone who lives and breathes hospitality, leads from the front, and brings locals together by creating pub experiences they love.

Salary: From $110k + superannuation + bonus

Situated on Stanbrook Street in Fairfield Heights west of Sydney, Brown Jug Hotel offers an array of facilities and areas for everyone to enjoy. For customers looking for something to eat, they can dine in our onsite restaurant, Ly's Kitchen, with a great selection of Vietnamese dishes.

Our Sports Bar offers a relaxed and friendly environment perfect for catching up with friends or a relaxing drink.

Brown Jug Inn is a Nightcap Hotels location, offering modern and affordable accommodation for visitors to the area. With TAB facilities, as well as regular social and sporting events, we are a favourite with the locals and visitors alike!

Inherent Requirements

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
